2IC/Stock Manager | Waytemore Farms Ltd

  • Located on the southern Auckland city boundary.

  • Be part of an award-winning farm.

  • Opportunity to work on a largescale mixed farming operation.

WHERE
Waytemore Farms Limited is a 1,455ha family-owned farming enterprise on Auckland’s southern boundary, uniting three properties into a well-resourced, efficiently run operation. Two adjoining farms support a dairy platform and a sheep and beef unit, with a nearby 277ha block operating as a second dairy farm.

Running 2,100 Romney ewes, 720 beef cattle, and 860 dairy cows plus replacements, the business has transitioned to a largely closed, integrated system where the dairy and beef enterprises support each other.

Waytemore Farms balances profitability with environmental stewardship, actively enhancing native forests, wetlands, and waterways. Their commitment to sustainability earned the 2022 NZ Farm Environment Trust Regional Supreme Award, reflecting continuous improvement across both farm performance and environmental outcome.
